Artículo de Revisión 771 los modelos de ejercicio y sus múltiples variables biológicas y metodológicas, las cuales deben ser cuidadosamente seleccionadas en forma racional, efectiva y eficiente (e.g., de menos a más; de lo simple a lo complejo; de lo fácil a lo difícil), tomando en consideración variables interindividuales, de tolerancia y de adhesión al tratamiento, siendo esta última de especial consideración, ya que es pilar fundamental en el logro de objetivos a largo plazo en pacientes con sobrepeso/obesidad.
